Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Slovenia hosted an informal meeting of Defence Ministers in Portorož - a two day session hosting 36 Defence Ministers with 135 Delegates and over 150 journalists.

We were responsible for the technical support for congress technology of the event. We supplied the conference system for the Plenary hall with a translation system for 8 languages. The meeting was transmited to the listening room and to the press centre.

A video coverage with automatic control of the camera position was developed specially for this occasion.
