Education City Stadium is a football stadium, and a vibrant centre of knowledge and innovation, with a capacity of 40,000 seats. Built as a venue in time for FIFA 2022 World Cup in Qatar, the stadium's direct contribution continues after the hosted matches. Their idea is to reduce the capacity of the arena by half and donate the seats to build stadiums in developing countries, nurturing a love for the game across the World.

The stadium's design draws on the rich history of Islamic architecture, with a touch of modern look. The facade consists of triangles that form complex, diamond geometrical patterns that change color with the sun's movement. Additionally, the facade comes alive at night with a colorful light show.
